Folio 242: Albemarle to Newcastle. St. Contest quotes the treaties of St. Germain-en-Laye of 1655 and Westminster of 1669 as justifying the appointment of commissaries to settle Anglo-Prussian differences [see f.229]. Britain should agree, as soon as the Silesian loan is fully paid. He reports the arrival of the Empire's reply to the Palatinate [see f.249].
