Folio 229: Newcastle to Albemarle. Notes of meeting with Mirepoix, who states that Prussia would release the assets of the Silesian loan, if it could be done without losing face and he proposes the appointment of commissaries to settle outstanding differences. Newcastle has rejected this and quotes his answer. Once Prussia has fulfilled her obligations, Britain will guarantee full justice in the courts, according to `les voyes usitées et connues'.
