Folio 224: Holdernesse to Albemarle. He is to express concern at setting up of three camps [see f.165]. Prussia is concentrating troops and preparing to purchase from Anhalt claims on Lauenburg, Hanoverian territory. If Prussia attacks, Britain will expect France to honour her guarantees under the treaty of Aix-la-Chapelle.
