Folio 81: Albemarle to Newcastle. He sends on dispatches from Keene. St. Contest insists on waiting for the reactions of Prussia, Cologne and the Palatinate to the proposals for settling the Palatine claims. Kaunitz says the Empire will not pay more than 500,000 florins. The Dauphin and Dauphine have been to Notre Dame. Sir James Gray [Resident to Venice] has left for England. Date and place: 2 September 1752 OS, 13 September 1752 NS Paris.
