Folio 67: Albemarle to Newcastle, reporting on discussion with St. Contest, in the light of ff.20,54. France was indifferent to the terms, provided the Elector was satisfied. Albemarle had asked that France accept the projet [f.54] and urge acceptance by the Empire, the Palatinate, Cologne and Prussia. Kaunitz makes his public entry on Sept. 17. Encloses f.73. Date and place: 26 August 1752 OS, 6 September 1752 NS, Paris.
