Folio 25: Holdernesse to Yorke, recapitulating French policies about the election of the King of the Romans, referring to Prussian influence on these, mentioning Silesia, the Palatinate, methods of election and peace in Northern Europe and enclosing British and French notes [ff. 21 & 23]. He also encloses an extract of a letter from Newcastle to Keith and a printed book entitled `An impartial representation of the legal method of proceeding in like cases' [both missing here].
