Folio 216: Albemarle to Holdernesse. He is glad to be allowed to appear `in colours' at the fête [see f.202]. St. Contest has again raised the issue of prizes taken before the war. The Council of State has partially suspended some taxes to placate discontent. He refers to the dispute over the Hôpital Général. Lambertye will act as chargé d'affaires [in London], if the King goes to Hanover.
