Folio 178: Keene to Holdernesse. The treaty [see f.164] will be sent to Sardinia for information. Esterhazy will be cool to a third party joining it. A man who escaped from prison, and pretended to be the Prince of Modena, has turned up in Seville, masquerading as the Young Pretender. Starhemberg is Minister to Portugal. He encloses a copy of a letter from Lord George Beauclerk.
Date and place: 1751 Oct 18 Escurial.
