Folio 59: Albemarle to Bedford. Has again stated that the St. John river area should be neutral, pending discussions by the Commissaries. While Puyzieulx received him coldly, the King at his levée had been cordial. Rouillé promises early evacuation of St. Lucia byBompar, who has reached Martinique. The Commissaries are preparing a memorial on St. Lucia, pending the French reply on Nova Scotia.
