Folio 24: British memorial in reply to f.11, justifying Cornwallis, the Admiralty Court and Rous, concerning the ships London and St. François and mentioning the Navigation Act. It makes charges against French missionaries, including Le Loutre, for stirring up Indians and French settlers and accuses the French of the murder, under a flag of truce, of Captain Howe. Papers enclosed [missing here]. Disputes should be settled by the Commissaries
