Folio 5: Albemarle to Bedford, enclosing a letter from the Intendant of Montauban [f.9] about the property of the Earl of Sutherland [see SP 78/237/ff.339, 349]. The droit d'aubaine has been suppressed for the English. Also encloses three private letters [f.7]. Kaunitz is ill. The Court is in mourning for the Dowager Empress.
