Folio 1: Albemarle to Bedford, reporting talks with Puyzieulx about the French memorial on British aggression in Nova Scotia [SP 78/237/f.352] and Albemarle's rejection of it [SP 78/237/f.358]. Albemarle had cited the Treaty of Utrecht and the Navigation Act and encloses Puyzieulx' emended memorial [ff.11, 17] and a note from Rouillé [f.49]. The British Commissaries have delivered their memorial [? on Nova Scotia, SP 78/238/f.309].
