Description

Folio 220: Commissaries to Holdernesse. The French do not accept the British limits of the Channel and Northern seas nor the term `British seas'. In discussing limits and prizes reference is made to the treaties of Nijmegen, Utrecht and Aix-la-Chapelle and the Suspension of Arms, 1712.
