Folio 213: Commissaries to Holdernesse. The French have presented a list of prizes taken since 1738, entitled `Etat des Prises sur mer'. The British refuse to accept it, the French to accept f. 189. The British seek guidance and enclose plan of a declaration in reply [f. 218]. Welcome the King's return to London.
