Folio 201: Amyand to De Cosne. Encloses states of ships Phoenix and Mary of Bilbao [ff.204, 205]. The Phoenix hearing was delayed for lack of evidence. The verdict on the Mary of Bilbao, in favour of the French owner, should convince St. Contest of the impartialityof British courts.
