Folio 154: Albemarle to Bedford. Hopes the King is safely home and regrets that no case could be proved against Bourke and McHugo. Refers to Kaunitz and Puebla in connection with the election of the King of the Romans, where France and Prussia seem to have a commonapproach. The Spanish treaty has increased increased British prestige. The French Commissaries make no effort to progress. Encloses a letter [not now attached] for the King from the Prince de Conti.
