Folio 208: Albemarle to Bedford. Reporting talks with Puyzieulx on two memorials. He was not satisfied with the British answer about trade on the Guinea coast [f. 70] but was with the reaction to that about Holbourne [f. 72]. Caylus is dead. Poinsable is in command. Evacuation orders for the neutral islands have been received.
