Folio 166: De la Jonquière to Cornwallis. Claiming to be within his rights in occupying Petquechek, Memorankok and Schepode and hence the St John's river, as all are beyond the Green Bay portage at the neck of the peninsula. Refers to the Treaty of 1713 [Utrecht].
