Reporting on a talk between Scheffer and Larrey about a possible guarantee by Britain and the Empire of a Swedish Declaration not to change her constitution illegally. France would subscribe and Russia be invited to guarantee it also. The Jacobites are reassured that the Pretender's son is alive.
