Folio 79: Bedford to Albemarle. Czernichef has delivered Memorial from Panin to Newcastle. Albemarle is to express to Puyzieulx his confidence in the Empire's intentions. Commissaries to treat over sea limits and prizes will leave as soon as Shirley is ready. Mildmay will leave at once to replace Cockayne and treat over prisoners of war.
