Folio 71: Albemarle to Bedford. Referring to a storm in the East Indies. Puyzieulx has discussed Russia and Sweden and fears that Bestoujef may drag France, Britain and Prussia into war. Panin's citation of the Treaty of Neustadt is superseded by that of Abo. He suspects the Empire and has had a similar discussion with Mareschal. Puyzieulx is better and asks for a commissary to replace the late Lt. Colonel Cockayne. St. Severin is better.
