Folio 129: Commissaries to Bedford. Enclosing a list of claims [not now enclosed] of ships taken by the French after the date fixed for the cessation of hostilities. They say that St. Malo is too remote to receive Bedford's instructions quickly enough and ask for the Commission to be moved to a more accessible place.
