Folio 120: Commissaries to Bedford. Enclosing a memorial from Guillot agreeing to re-examine prizes already condemned by French Courts. Britain and Holland should reciprocate. Proceedings in London and Lisbon against the French ship Diamond should be stopped. The Commissaries report that the British ships Neptune and Hellen, taken between the Scillies and Ushant, have been condemned. They seek instructions.
