Folio 47: Document 1. Details of the cases of the Zephir, Concorde, Maréchal de Saxe and L'Industrie. The four cases are in general identical. The captain of the British privateer Brave Hawke, Mensey, had refused to examine proofs of the end of hostilities and hadtried to persuade the Court that the cargoes were Spanish.
