Folio 26: Commissaries to Bedford. Reporting on discussions about the area to which the twelve day limit is applicable. British, Dutch and French views are given and a sketch map [f. 25] is enclosed. The British view is based on Trinity House and the views of Sir Charles Hedges, given in 1712.
