Folio 218: Albemarle to Bedford, Rouillé has denied French obligation to abolish the Droit de Fret, probably hoping to get Britain to lift her ban on cambric. Puyzieulx considers Swedish declaration will satisfy Russia. Turkey reported to have pressed Russia to withdraw troops from Finland. Darget is back in Prussia, having urged France to declare war on the Empire, if she backs Russia in a general war.
