Folio 162: Yorke to Bedford. Puyzieulx awaits Russia's reaction to Zoehrer's declaration [see f. 126], and criticises presence of Russian troops on Sweden's Finnish frontier. Prussia seeks guarantees under article 22 of the Treaty of Aix-la-Chapelle. Yorke had claimed that Prussia could not invoke article 22 without accepting article 23. Puyzieulx was going to communicate with Prussia through Chambrier.
