Folio 221: Thompson to Stone. He relayed Sir Chaloner Ogle's complaint that French ships are breaking the British blockade of Spanish West Indies and America and carrying Spanish owned cargo; Amelot points out that this is expressly allowed for under the relevant terms of the Treaty of Utrecht.
