Spanish troops in South of France are returning to Spain being unable to pass through Savoy, go by sea, or remain in Provence for lack of fodder; [Castropiñano's Secretary] offers information about the secret treaty between Spain and Savoy if a reward is forthcoming; French army disposition in the Flanders area; Austrians return to Munich after its citizens had impeded their departure.
