Belle-Isle hopes an Allied army will march directly to besiege Vienna; Kevenhuller is blockading Straubing and may advance to meet the French near Donauwörth; the Linz garrison may not hold to their parole; Gondel says that Austriais not ready to conclude peace, but will inform Britain of all such negotiations, providing Britain adheres to her treaty obligations; French army preparations.
