Between 3,000 and 4,000 Frenchmen died from sickness on d' d'Antin's expedition; new appointments in French navy; stocking of grain for navy; plans to raise a force of militia; de Froulay has asked if the nephew of the late Grand Master of Malta can be released, since being captured while in the Spanish service he is held as a prisoner of war at Port Mahon; British sloop captures Spanish privateer; payment for spies.
