Folio 168: Waldegrave to Harrington. Cardinal Molina may make changes in the Spanish government. Cardinal Gonzaga hoped to promote a good understanding between Spain and Austria, but finds Austria is inhibited by fear of offending France; twenty-two months' pay nowoutstanding to Spanish officers at Barcelona; Haddock has bombarded Salo in Catalonia; Fleury prefers Campoflorido to his predecessor, but still seems determined to maintain France's neutrality.
