Folio 128: Waldegrave to Newcastle. Fénelon's insistence on precedence; Berg and Jülich; France fears the Emperor will favour the King of Prussia's claim. Spain may not guarantee the Pragmatic Sanction, or the successions to Lorraine and Tuscany as settled by the Treaty of Vienna (1735); due to French pressure Venice will avoid war with Turkey.
