Report that the Allies will demand withdrawal of Saxon and Russian invaders from Poland; Sweden signs convention with France which apparently means Sweden will provide France with troops if so required; Holland will provide plenipotentiaries to discuss joint action with Britain; France worried how to assist Bavaria should it be attacked by Russian and Austrian troops.
