France to recognise Pragmatic Sanction; Lorraine not to become part of the Empire; France to restore territorial gains; frontiers of Alsace and French Flanders to be fixed; Berg and Jülich; France to propose an armistice to her allies, Britain and Holland to cooperate in efforts to persuade belligerents to accept peace.
