Jannel reveals that Fleury, contrary to his denials, has been letting Chauvelin follow the secret negotiations; French complaints of leaks about secret negotiations; Poland; Tuscany; French concern to have the `limits of Alsace settled'; Waldegrave warns Fleury that Britain will have to enter the war on Austria's side; Fleury states he is unable to oppose all his colleagues by supporting the plan; armistice proposals.
