Folio 70: Waldegrave to Delafaye. French complaint about irregularity of British-run packet-boats, the captains often delay sailing for private passengers; French Ministers state that the letter they intercepted, written by Forbes, shows that following official instructions he prevailed upon the Czarina to invade Poland while Austrian troops were held back; Waldegrave would like to know if this is true.
