Folio 170: Waldegrave to Newcastle. The Treaty between Austria, Denmark and Russia involves a settlement of the Schleswig dispute by which the Duke of Holstein renounces his claims in return for a Danish payment; France is not displeased by the Treaty; unlike thoseof the other courts, members of the Grand Chambre of the Parlement de Paris could not unanimously agree to resign.
Date and place: 1732 June 24, Compiègne.
