Folio 213: Waldegrave to Delafaye. Waldegrave asserts that Fleury's subordinates seem to want to annoy the British; French troop movements to Dunkirk; French Ministers now require greater evidence before considering British complaints; Sandos, who says he was appointed by Tronchin as Hanover's representative during Tronchin's absence, has been ordered to leave France and appealed to Waldegrave to protest against this breach of diplomatic immunity; doubts as to whether the Duchess of Parma is expecting a child.
