Folio 130: Waldegrave to Delafaye. Has complained about the imprisonment of English sailors and tourists at Dunkirk; anger of Dunkirk inhabitants over the demolitions; has received a letter from Vienna announcing the signature of a Treaty and the Emperor's agreement to Spanish garrisons for Parma.
