Folio 61: Pelham to Delafaye. Wasner says that while acquiescing to British pledges to Spain, Austria hopes that the British naval force to accompany Don Carlos will not be excessive. France is apparently negotiating for a treaty with the Swiss Cantons, and may seek compensation for Catholic Cantons from the Protestant ones.
