Imperial decree relating to Mr. Munchausen infringes the liberties of Princes in the Empire and poses a threat to the Duke of Wolfenbüttel; has received assurances of George II's support in the event of attack; Prussia's preparations for war threaten Hanover and Wolfenbüttel [Brunswick]. Austrian attempts to negotiate separate peace with Britain; French Ministers to be informed of these matters.
