A copy of Austrian instructions reveals an antagonism to France, a belief that the old alliance with Spain can be restored, and a close harmony of interest between Austria, Prussia and the [Saxon] King of Poland with the prospect of their obtaining an agreement with Russia; Kinsky's dislike of Seckendorff.
