France and Austria appear to want to terminate the Congress by a provisional treaty; Don Carlos' projected marriage; Britain considers it necessary to settle the questions of the Ostend Company; Schleswig; East Friesland, Mecklenburg, Jülich and Berg. Denmark must not be encouraged to desert the Hanover alliance, to join Austria and Prussia; Mecklenburg; Jülich and Berg; Spanish naval re-armament.
