Folio 526: Memorandum of the Dutch demands. Demanding that the Ostend Company cease trading in the East Indies; [Belgian] exclusion from the East Indies was ensured by the Treaty of Munster, and the cession of [Belgium] to Austria should not affect that provision. Demand that Austrian trading privileges in Spain be curtailed; liberty to trade freely should be confined to Europe, not extended to colonies; question of compensation.
