Folio 441: La Paz to Rottembourg. As Britain has promised to recall Hosier and Wager and leave questions of restitution of prizes and the Prince Frederick to the Congress, Spain will agree to the opening of the Congress, to raise the blockade of Gibraltar, deliver the Prince Frederick, deliver the effects from the flotilla and restore trading rights of the South Sea Company.
