Duke of Wharton is apparently negotiating for the Pretender at the Court of Vienna; Murray and other Jacobites; [Atterbury] believes Anglo-French alliance will not last; Jacobites are insinuating to the Empire, Spain and the Vatican, that the Protestant King of Prussia may have aggressive ambitions against them, and pose the question as to who is paying for the upkeep of the Prussian army.
