Spain pleased with Dubois' proposals for Cambrai negotiations; Dubois fears Beretti Landi would make difficulties at the Congress; Dubois would like Swiss to take part in guaranteeing the provision of the Treaty of Quadruple Alliance,but France wants the Protestant Cantons to return lands conquered from the Catholic Cantons as a condition of Swiss union.
