Folio 187: Schaub to Carteret. Betrothal of [Louis XV] to Maria Ana Victoria, the Infanta of Spain, Schaub enumerates advantages to Dubois who like the Regent disclaims credit for arranging the match; how the betrothal was probably arranged; Father Daubenton probably acted as an intermediary. Prince of Asturias might marry Mlle. de Montpensier. Dubois will probably support Papal claim to Castro and Ronciglione, against Parma; Dubois' attitude to Cambrai Congress.
