Byng's movements; Comte de Spar pleased with Empire's apparent willingness to assist Sweden recover Revel and Livonia from Russia, but British and French support necessary; Schleswig and Swedish peace with Denmark; Empire, France and Britain welcome Spanish offer to accede to treaty; France orders her colonists to vacate St. Lucia; French promise to reopen conference on colonies and trade.
